| How to view and download the visa documents: |
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING THE FORMS:
Each application form has 2 pages that must be printed on 1 single sheet of paper, using both sides. Forms printed otherwise will not be accepted.

| 1) Select a document from the drop down list below |
| 2) Press the Go! button, a dialogue window should appear, either select: |
- Open - to view the document.
- Save - to download the document onto your PC.
note: please be patient while the documents load
